Limpopo Premier Dr. Phophi Ramathuba has been accused of making fruitless promises to settle the R23 million Dumela Library Project. Local residents in Collins Chabane Municipality are questioning whether the Mulamula Library is built in the right village, as it sits 7km away from the intended Mulamula-Dumela village location.

Velocity Fibre met with the Mulamula Traditional Council and Hosi MulamulaI, His Excellency Ndabezitha Desmond Maluleke, to discuss the planned rollout of fibre internet connectivity in the Mulamula community.
This initiative supports digital access, education, business growth, and improved connectivity for residents.
